Our in-house, licensed plumbing designer provides the design services required for your D/B projects. Whether it is a small home bathroom remodel, a commercial kitchen, or a government institution, the D/B services of F.J. Bero Co., Inc. are well known for the attention to detail, accurate code interpretation, thorough as-builts and superior customer service.
Our estimating staff provides preliminary budgeting on your Design/Build projects along with value engineering to control costs. From this phase we meet with owners to design and engineer the project. We then produce state of the art CAD drawings with our plotting equipment to produce drawings for submittal to permitting offices.
After the design/build phase our plumbing construction team will take over to complete the installation of any plumbing systems.
